The course staff are extremely nice and super willing to help you, but you have to seek out the help and go to office hours. There are SO MANY office hours offered each week. DO THE PRACTICE PROBLEMS. DO THE PRACTICE EXAMS. The questions will prepare you for the exams and the questions are really similar. If you put in the time, you'll do well.
