This class was probably the most difficult class I've ever taken at Harvard, as I didn't have any background in CS or Stats coming into it. That being said, it was also one of my favorite classes I've taken at Harvard. If you have any interest in computational biology, take this class!! You have to work hard and it's time consuming but you'll learn so much and they grade based on your prior experience, so you'll do well if you put in the effort.
